Why? Id say to achieve product development out to end of 26 and likely into 27, multiple cap raisings are all but a certainty. Likely a consolidation on the horizon too.
Unless of course you subscribe to the fairytale buyout or partnership before then. In which case I think 4ds should trade the ip for a handful of magic beans.
