Not saying it didn't start with real intention but CRHV interest faded out early, probably realising the jv wasn't going to be a good fit for them. But still worth following through as long as possible to get what THEY NEEDED (help FBR get Hadrian going) to sell as many blocks as possible in the future. Just passing time speculating.
