    I am thinking 2 RMS shares for every 3 SPR plus 30 cents cash per SPR shares plus the 3 cent dividend on the new RMS shares.

    Think that works to around 45-50% premium if my figures are right.

    Let's see if anything happens Monday or whether we have been speculating needlessly.
