Yes, only SP matter to me really, if rising then must be doing something right now. Do i really need to know more.
Must admit good to see some green but we only near where was last august before fail report and still a good way off from SP where So more work to be done. Only taken 4 years to get on track.

Thats a tired narrative you go for, standard. As i said before, I doubt if you had business would keep an employee on who wasnt performing for even half that long. If so you are kidding yourself.
