But I did (rudely) omit addressing one point you made - that of how much the Indon government is spending on health care. Twice as much as Australia, you say? Well, that's fabulous, their health system must be fantastic - I might even consider going there for my hip surgery, if I ever have the need.
Only thing that bothers me is, why does anyone who falls off their moped in Bali spend a fortune to rush home to get treated? Don't they realize how much better off they'd be in a hospital ward in Denpasar?
