    I purchased MDL shares in early 2010, and like other shareholders, was allocated shares in TGZ on 3 December 2010 with a $0 cost basis.

    On my e-trade account, do I need to update the cost basis of either my MDL or TGZ shares, and / or the date of acquisition?

    Thanks for your help. Sorry it's such a noobie question...
