    Hey D,
    There’s probably no competing bids on the table, otherwise the shares would be trading at $7.40 or above, however I am not sure that this is a done deal as many here think. A scheme of arrangement requires at least 75% of the votes cast and i don't think this going to happen.

    I'll post more later tomorrow.
