4DX is trying to help patients and shareholders which is very refreshing in the current climate.
The Co could gave done just an INSTO raise or just a small SPP pro rated to existing holdings. Instead they have offered those holding an open hand with an even chance to get a full allocation on the raise with long dated 1:1 options and 1:1 piggies. Not 1:4 or 1:2 mind. If people don't think the co can meet the milestones then they don't need to buy(oh dear - maybe they didn't hold...)
Developing companies need to raise capital periodically. Sometimes it is not ideal but that is how these things roll. They have been continually pushing to get partners and roll out the tech and capturing a strategic company on a lot less capital than many others on the bourse. I think we are getting pretty good value from the team. Happy to be a holder.
