Looks like the cost of private healthcare is rising rapidly and the standard of living is falling meaning less people can afford it. The industry will have to adjust to the new paradigm.
I think HCW will be okay. Rents will have to be paid regardless of who is running businesses in these properties. Better to be the property owner than the business owner in this situation.
