Unfortunately, the announcement stated that if they went into voluntary administration that they would be "winding the company up.
So essentially, they get the $500k minimum or that is it for BIT.
To be honest, with no clear research runway, even if the BOD decide to buy up big (and they would be talking to top holders trying to influence them to do the same), even a "successful" SPP only prolongs the agony to some extent.
