IMO...Given that Regent now has FIRB approval granted and if this approval doesn't flush out any other interested buyer/s by close of business tomorrow it will be all over as I am very sure that Regent will then move as quickly as humanly possible to close this deal once and for all.
Chelk's .... are you going to sell out now or are you waiting till the the very end ????
