The CCAA reports to the court from Deloitte. At the time of posting, I hadn't seen the 8th report, which was only posted yesterday. I've just read that one as well though, and I'm still not quite sure what you're referring to. On a side note, I did find the following point interesting:



Unless I've missed it completely, I didn't see it mentioned anywhere that WR1 are bound to exercise the call option if a certain funding threshold is received. I'm not saying that's a bad thing at all, and it would seem fairly obvious that Renard will proceed once a funding deal is sorted, but I did find it odd that this point wasn't mentioned in the WR1 release.
