Yes, there will be one. They crap on about how much cash they have etc but refused to state clearly that they wouldn't raise.
This stock has been a constant example of incompetence for at least 8 years. They should rename themselves RuddEDI.... although "Downer" is pretty appropriate.
I keep thinking about the bullet I dodged at $4.51 by cancelling that buy. Thankfully for once I managed to sit out a classic Downer correction. And you know, I didn't buy back today and I feel better not owning this crap, crap, crap stock with its crap, crap, crap management.
