Thanks - I’ve already made clear in prior posts my thinking on confidentiality in the option agreement.
If we assume restrictions are in place, why would the BoD indicate they have a plan b / will be opening a data room in Feb is WDS had not acted by this time?
From their comments we would have to assume they are able to share information in some capacity to solicit other options outside WDS.
