I will be voting for the cap raising.

Will I be tipping in any more money? Not likely. I will have to see my accountant to try to sort out the mess I'm now in. I won't be chasing any 10 baggers and digging a potentially deeper hole, not offence to those that are, best of luck to you. Personally my risk appetite is sated.

The only way forward for current shareholders as I see it is for this to continue trading as NMS, otherwise there will be absolutely nothing for current shareholders if they go into administration. A small amount of $$ back is better than no $$ back.

Those with serious money already invested (Top 20, etc), I would think will be the ones that are the most likely to take up the cap raising.

If they do not it's dead.

I suppose the question is will those with millions already invested be willing to walk away and take that hit? Or will they throw in more $$ into a growing area of industry. I think NMS will box on, and my gut says that Pecora is right.
