Technical verification for owning the Achilles deposit and exploration permits?
To me it sounds like deal done with the land holders, the deal is subject to TMG having the full ownership of these tenements. There's many ways the deal could be split with shares of company, profit from production and cash.
But before the landowners enter any agreements it's all subjected to verification of ownership.
