..got no idea really..weren't Dutch Cream or any of the reds...very white large round waxy potato...came up in a friends compost heap...turned out really great..put some giant garlic cloves in along with about 1/2 cob of standard garlic and garlic powder...had it with crumbed blue grenadier...still about 6 serves left..
