    re: Ann: GIR: Change in substantial holding f... I'd been assuming they were buying below a threshold to counteract dilution and reduce risk of another bidder coming in.

    With 24% plus the management holdings I agree though this is looking close to a done deal.

    Hoping that wiser brains can answer...
