I read it as plaintiffs seeking access to a company's D & O insurance documents to help determine what may be recoverable where a company does not have the wherewithal. In OZL's case this step is most unlikely to be needed...... but OZL would still look to recover what it can via Insurance in the event of a successful claim against it.
