was this really Windsor making some sense this morning on abc radio.... he said we dont need to be obssessed with running a budget surplus.....especially in the current environment....of post GFC and worst floods in our history....
he has encouraged the idea of a putting funds aside for a disaster for over 15 years.....but it should come out of the normal budget estimates....no special levy required (is he saying we dont need a levy, and against the idea)
he agrees with wiping some of the green initiatives....they were not good policy anyway....
he will need time to go through the policy with a fine tooth comb......(wonder if it will take another 17 days and cost zillions as last time)
now he may not have used the words I have to describe what he said.....he mumbles a lot, and uhms and arh's.... but you get the gist.... just giving him a small amount of credit where it may be due.... although I do not trust him to do the right thing.... (just think he may be getting cold feet after the reality of getting into bed with labor, and the absolute fiasco that has ensured in just 5 months in office) wonder what his constituents have to say about him will post any article to confirm same...when I find one
