USD1.22 per year in divs = A$1.92 x 1.42857 = A$2.74 per year, which is a 11.7% yield.
I repeat, you are delusional, especially when you consider the medium to long term demand outlook for gas, the lack of supply, the excellent operational track record of WDS, the ungeared nature of WDS, and the shareholder friendly high payout ratio.
I hate to say it but you would be as dumb as nails.
