The way you frame Sold MW's is a bit loose, you make it sound like they are construction or fit out constrained. And that alleviating that the money suddenly pours in.
That doesn't hold true in the numbers.
if anything the Contracted Utilisation should be looked at as a bit of a pre-committment which we don't know the nature if or period that have no major financial penalty or financial commitment.
The underlying businesses still have their own timelines and risks to navigate. They don't take up the commitment if the demand isn't there or can't justify the the investment case, or things change.
It's illogical to assume all Contracted MW sales convert to actual Billings. That are more of a guide.
