To me this is a significant indicator that WDS will farm in.
At the last PCL AGM, the BOD mentioned that there is a lot of work and due diligence for a company like WDS to do when setting up in another country. It appears that they changed their name to Woodside Energy (Namibia) Limited back in April 2024. And recently changed their director who also appears to be VP Assessment and Development based in Texas. Good indications I think...
