There is a conversion factor from the refining stage to the conversion stage.
You require 18,000kgs of 66.9% Nb205 concentrate to produce 11,000 kg of 65% fenb.
Some other considerations, I think our cost price may be cheaper or on par with CBMM
Leaching is achievable at Ambient Temperature
Ore is easily liberated
Thorium levels are basically nothing (no extra refining steps)
Its free dig and low strip.
