Yes you are correct - I thought I was missing something. The numbers just seemed to small. Underestimated how low flotation recoveries were at 58%. And also that a 65% con is actually only 70% niobium by mass. And 95% recoveries. So need circa 1.5t of con per tonne of end product.

So if we start with 4.5% head grade and get 58% recoveries that is 2.61%. At 95% recoveries to con that is 26.20t of con. Then if we need 1.5t of con per tonne of FeNb that means we need 39.50t of feed per tonne of FeNb.

I think that follows your table if you change head grade and initial recovery from 53% to 58%?

Thanks for pointing this out. I feel silly for those oversights but good to get these things squared away.

So in general I think that means they start at 400-600ktpa to get 10-15ktpa of end product. I think that changes capex but not on a linear scale by any means. Still means 10-15 years of high grade pit too.
