I dunno - I think the PFS and Reserve might move the dial when they are released but everything else is too far away to change short term retail sentiment. If he said he found a big ball mill in the back garden for free the share price would finish that day sideways.
Short term, if the price is being nudged as you say then only a rumour that the TO is imminent will do anything.
FWIW, based on SL repeatedly saying that they won't rush back into production and that value is created by the drill bit, I read all this as meaning the mill order won't happen until the board sees the PFS and reserve and commits to going ahead with that as a plan. i.e. second half of this year.
