Yes because Poseidon Helpline told me to ring Computershare for the information on where my shares were "as they were held by them" is exactly what Poseidon said! Clearly they had Zero idea and sent me on a wild goose chase.
Never the less I ended up with the correct information and got back in to HRZ, even before my cash back for my Unmarketable shares.
Surely both of these two companies could have seen a less convoluted way to handle this.
