dzspence Thanks for your comment, the main reason for housing construction costs going up is due to the lack of Tradespeople, over the last 30 years The whole of Education system has encouraged students to complete a University Education, many of these degrees are useless and once AI comes in many so called White Collared Professionals will be redundant and thats a good thing , instead many students should have gone into Trades like Hairdressing, Mechanics , the building Industry. The only University courses needed are STEM.
