I fully understand both sides , as you said what people do with their money is entirely their business , we each have different reasons and motives for what we do with our hard earned and I respect that entirely. Remember this is all speculation and what has conspired from this just does not add up . The arrangement to JV as I’m led to believe by the announcement and agreement does not state anything other than HX passing all codes and evaluating the builds by each parties independent engineers. All announcements regarding the demonstration builds have been positive , all builds certified and passed codes , I read the arrangement as : If HX passed all codes and evaluations then the JV would proceed, I do not see anything in that agreement that suggests anything otherwise , please correct me if I’m wrong .
