    In the rare occurrences where a placement is soaked at a big premium to raise price (4.1c v 3.2c) after the shares are released says there are BIG plans for the company

    C1X was the same 3 weeks ago, 7c soak (v 5c raise) & then over 2 weeks hit 14

    E79 will scramble higher very quickly imo
