I personally always add in FC component as I would imagine the majority of HC posters would see value in. Especially when comparing with other financial instruments. If NWS gets the go and scar doesn’t have hiccups we should really we over $40+ for the potential profit. See what comes but at the moment I cakn’t see the yield dropping below 10%.
objectively I was talking about yield not CBA share price. Absolute bonkers on any and all metrics. Just talking plain put it in the bottom drawer for 50 years yield.
