The Telegraph report suggests that Ukraine has none of the 17 essential Rare Earths, and Trump is being duped. Lithium, they have tons of. But the type of REE that LYC processes is a mirage.
Mt. Weld is still a gold mine, and Trump is about to sign a deal that won't impact the US thirst for essential RE.
All this from a mad man who imposes tariffs on Canada and Mexico for unfair trade practices. But, it was Trump that negotiated the new USMCA trade treaty between those two countries as the new NAFTA in his first administration.
