    Maybe they dont want to rush it - if there is a major upgrade, then they will want to the SP higher re fiannce offtake, If that is the case, and we are expecting DFS by end Q1 (almost ready they say now) then we should see a good run up. Maybe .81 SCE report can be exceeded.
