Anyone who paid less than $5 two years ago for their KAR has had 3 opportunities to sell for $10 or more since so if they are still holding seems to me that they won't been tempted at $10.
I haven't seen a top 20 for a while but if my memory serves me well, I think there are sufficient holders collectively holding more than 10% who would be expecting a goood deal more than $10 and can therefore block a T/O.
