A bit more info.

Anthony Veitch (who was the last remaining Director from the "old" Baraka) resigned in November last year.

Noel O'Brien was appointed as a non-Executive Director in October last year, and Patrick O'Neill as Company Secretary at the same time.

That leave Baraka with 3 Directors (and a Company Secretary) at this stage - a 65 year old accountant, a 65 year old financial adviser (or maybe broker?) and a probably 60-something Mechanical Engineer.

Lack of expertise in the Oil game was my major criticism of the "old" Baraka (and a big contributor to why they failed) and I'm not sure that problem has been rectified just yet.

While being run by a good oil geo is no guarantee of success for a junior oiler, complete lack of experience in the oil game is always a bit of a worrying sign for me.
