My apologies I misread the P&L the 92 M in revaluation took place after the 5.9M profit. So it does not effect earnings. This was a major mistake on my part. I find it interesting that no one else caught and called me on this. I always try to reexamine what I think and admit mistakes.
The only thing this adjustment adds to is book value which went form $2.242N to 2,345 B. Still Market cap of 6.4B is 2.7 X book value which is unheard of for a company with profits dropping 97% in 30 months The drop in profits is accelerating not decreasing. Here is a repeat of a chart. I will keep posting it till people start to understand it and tell me why is not very significant.
