There is currently no business plan . So why would there be any insto interest, instos can't buy unless a clear plan to sell to their investment committees. All you have is a bunch of High Net worths (including Garner) happy to buy below cash backing, but absolutely no higher . PVL is after the cash , don't be under any other illusion, they probably want to grow their funds management business, but are very low on cash to do that, you need money if you want to invest in listed ideas!
Garner's average entry price is 1.2 cents, PVL's average entry price is 1 cent . And as far as I can tell Gennadi hasn't bought any meaningful stock since the battle for control began. Really that tells you all you need to know . Gennadi etc are promising big things if they get their hands on the vehicle, but have yet not bought anything on market, that makes next weeks vote an easy one for me
And then personally ,rightly or wrongly , as far as I'm concerned Moses/Gennadi/Diamond and the phase 1 trial are where the issue is. Garner just tried to monetise 20 years of rubbish science during the pump and dump that was COVID, without blowing up the company. I'm not going back to the pain of 2002-2019, and the world of cut paste investor presos and relentless capital raisings of Gennadi/Diamond.. .
