Real world evidence will be getting collected, hopefully it lines up with the early trials, as those were pretty low level evidence. With such a costly treatment, doctors and insurance companies will be looking closely for benefit.
These are the things that concern me, and have the whole time. I might be wrong, and I hope I am, but not something I would put money on.
My other pick is getting smashed, but I personally know people who use the product and love it, and I'm confident in the company - that is why I'm invested there.
