Anyone here decent with TSX rules who has seen something like this situation before and knows what will likely happen with the 5% option? As I understand it we can't convert with triggering a takeover bid. Are there ways to circumvent/reject this while still picking up the 5%? Is selling the options to a 3rd party possible/realistic? Or would we need to sell down our 20% on the market and then convert the 5% after that?
