@Parramatta007 looking at the announcement from 20/02/25 is says "DM will buy share during the next trading window" (not the next trading day).
The 4DS Securities Trading policy has some info about when Directors / designated persons can & can't deal in Company Securities (i.e. blackout periods etc) which you can download from the 4DS website...it's the pdf link titled "Securities Trading policy" under the heading "Corporate Policies & Procedures"...
