Again, so to clarify in case its quoted, i do not have any confirmation of this, but it is merely my opinion, which Fozhard has asked for...

IMO La Jolla are going to be medium (minimum) to long term holders, but not short termers to be more specific.

My reasoning is that they have been converting fast, as opposed to waiting until it may be too late to get such a low price. A lot is in the wind for ESI and several announcements could come out at any time from here on regarding sensitive things that could move the market price quickly...skating away substantially from 2 cents to 4 means that the share would be twice as expensive, hence half the value upon converting, if i am right.

To test the logic - why would LJ convert at 2,5 if they could get them for 2....or at 4c when they could get them for 2.5?
This way, they maximise potential gains and IMO they will be waiting until they make a 'multi-bagger' out of it, as the day traders say', rather than to be converting at 2 cents and selling at 2.3 as they already could have, which is a very fast 10-15% turnaround for them after wiping their hands clean.

IMO, they want be in right now in anticipation of something big,or that they feel this is the bottom and the price can only get better, to which they will then sell and recover their loan to us, as it were.
