I believe the numbers by both parties were already thrashed out tiredly , this was no small JV arrangement! They would have gone over and over the figures to come up with such a detailed arrangement.Something else has happened after or during those builds ! They said there was a large builder involved in those demos so what happened with Pulte and CRH why did Pulte go it alone is the question? Perhaps CRH heard FBR and Pulte were talking outside the agreement? The whole process now that I think of it , just doesn’t add up ! Not a boo from Century or Christopher A ! only Pulte? maybe CRH dictating to Pulte and they don’t like it ? Smaller builders easily controlled by such a big supplier. Bit like Trump I’ll put the prices up if you don’t play the game ! Who knows ? NFA DYOR .
