It's up until end of Dec. The report would be limited events within the relevant period except where the references are needed to event's that occurred after the period so the report makes sense to the reader.
I don't think half year reports are designed to release new information to the market. Maybe nothing eventful happened at the Hancock meeting worthy on an announcement.
Would be nice though.
