1. I don't see the same causal links between the issues people describe on here and the share price. Plans changing for the right reasons are good in my view. It's not a popularity contest. I believe they're doing the right thing. 2. No one has ever really articulated what the goal of the vote really is, and what was the proposed steps after that vote was executed? It seems people on here want to use it as a punative measure rather than because they have a clearly expressed picture for how a leadership change will lead to improvment. 3. At this stage of the game it would be detrimental to the ambitions of the company to change leaders so close to the finish... It might lock in a large amount of "uncertainty" from a potential suitor, which would ultimately be reflected in their offer price. 4. i cannot see how putting a new leader in who knows nothing about this company is going to be a good thing now, even from a day to day perspective.
Instead of a vote, or posting on HC, why doesn't someone write to them as expressing their concerns and clearly articulate their needs / expectations. Write it to them, see if they action it...
