I am aligned with @Joelstar thinking on potential PNR corporate action.
Possibly your seeing Nebari and others ( have been several large trades recently) facilitate an initial holding for someone to make a bid … similar to Beacon (BCN) and Colin Petroulas helping Astral (AAR) recently get an early 19.9% platform in Maximus (MXR) to assist in a takeover bid.
They just provide the spark, the real upside for them comes from the hope of potential competitiveness among interested parties … I would suspect you will see Nebari eventually convert all their debt to shares ( the current premium being 40% today )
Interesting times.
