I can't believe we are CR'ing again... between the last raise and the tax refund there was $8 million not very long ago. We have not come close to flushing through last CR participants. Unless the raise is at a premium with good news attached, this could still open flat or red on Monday. I know it's expensive to fund the research, but this is an approach to ruins, raising at a shockingly low price, releasing no good news, then raising again.
I am hopeful of good news, but everything has gone terribly since I invested, so im not positive.
