After watching for months, finally bought in today after procrastinating over the last few days costing me the chance to get in low 5s.
The new blood in management means that we will soon be going places. Can't ask for more than good location and good management.
If RNI can get to over $1 on the back of nearology to SFR and having highly rated management on board, without yet having drilled a hole, no reason why DEG should continue to be overlooked.

Also waiting for the Thunder to strike for us John if you get my drift.
