Not good enough. Both were there in 2021 when they asked shareholders to knock back two very generous takeover bids and trust them to provide better rewards to shareholders and it's been a one way decline since! As of the last annual report Alison Cook held 15,500 shares in the company. Both need to go and a few others and bring in fresh blood which might see this company return to paying some form of consistent dividend, although reduced from their peak!
