Appreciate the positive sentiment.

Just to make it totally clear, especially to those that take their Linus dolls to bed every night, I think Lynas is a great stock and fundamentaly very sound. The SP simply outran the fundamentals over the past month or so - just have a look at the charts for REE, AVL, SHZ etc. for other examples.

Having missed the top at 1.70 I sure wasn't going to miss the second at 2.30, particularly with the lack of breadth 1.60/2.30.

Totally agree with others, support @ 1.85 then 1.65. ADR's testing 1.80 as I write. At this stage I've lowered my buyback points to around 1.70/75 or a confirmed break of 1.91.

Target 2.70 (JPM) / 3.00 over the next 12 months or so but I think it's going to need to build some breadth before moving to those levels so probably time for a little patience. And I can't see anything in the fundamentals to drive that kind of appreciation until closer to production.

I'm certainly not a member of any $4/6 club as my research suggests that LYC & MCP stage 2's have the potential to bring supply/demand into balance 2013/14 and therefore basket prices will come off their current highs once this becomes apparent and I believe all forward sales contracts are set at market price. Re engineering of products/ recycling could also play a role. The higher concentration of HRE in LYC S2 should however give it an advantage.

Simply my thoughts, I am sure others could do it much better, so I'll sit back and watch for a while.

BTW P2W, the missus got the Z4 a couple of years ago but she's now after my SLK 55 - can't win!
