Isn't what you said semi contradictory? His shares are a onboarding bonus, imagine the debacle if he had sold his holdings with this shit storm happening!!! 150k for 4 months is a win in anyones books! 450k PA if you look at it that way, plus all the KPI's if he were to follow through! Don't believe everything you read. Any public company tries to polish a turd if an announcement isn't going to sit well with investors! And manipulated to a point where its not a lie but worded to read differently.
Look I'm not saying he was in it to screw everyone over when he initially committed. However I have a feeling he could of done a much better job to not put us in a position we are in now. And you mean to tell me he NEVER knew his visa would be denied? And for what reason was it denied. This is fishy, and a weak as piss excuse/side track. There is something else happening here.
Just ask yourself, out of this whole mess, who has benefited? Clee and Keast. 400k worth of shares as you say, and 150k or close enough over 4 months! Everyone else has been shamed!
